Returns Policy
Return policy details: We accept returns in new condition with tags and all packaging that came with it. Please email us before you return your item. Refunds will be credited to your account, (cost of product minus 10% re-stocking fee and original shipping charges), or an exchange of product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We normally ship with 1-5 business days from time of payment.
Most of our products ship either USPS Mail or UPS, depending on the product. Other shipping services may be used.
